1. THE SUBJECT OF THE AGREEMENT
1.1. The Company undertakes to provide the Trainee with the opportunity to acquire work skills, and the Trainee undertakes to carry out the following actions:
- carrying out instructions from management and other employees of the Company;
- a selection of normative documents on a given topic;
- providing assistance to the Company’s employees in organizing office work at the Company, namely: creating client folders, maintaining the necessary records, journals, client register, etc.;
- provision of information and reference services, namely: searching for the necessary government bodies, providing the Company’s employees with information about their work schedule, etc.;
- implementation of courier functions, namely: visits to tax inspectorates, extra-budgetary funds, registration, judicial authorities, as well as other authorities.
1.2. The company is a place of practice and is not the place of work of the Trainee.
1.3. The norms of the labor legislation of the Russian Federation do not apply to this agreement.
2. RIGHTS AND OBLIGATIONS OF THE PARTIES
2.1. The company is obliged:
- provide the Trainee with the opportunity to perform the actions specified in clause 1.1 of the agreement;
- at the end of the internship, at the request of the Trainee, provide him with feedback on the actions he performed and the skills he acquired;
- ensure the rational performance by the Trainee of his duties under this agreement, daily coordinating the instructions of the Company’s employees.
2.2. The trainee is obliged:
- perform the actions provided for in clause 1.1 of the agreement daily from ____ to ________;
- when performing them, show accuracy, conscientiousness and decency;
- comply with the obligations stipulated by the contract;
- ______________ before the end of the internship, inform the management of the Company about this;
- treat the Company’s property with care;
- provide a daily report in written or oral form on the actions performed to the management or employee of the Company on whose behalf the Trainee performed the task.
3. RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES
3.1. For failure to fulfill their obligations under the contract, the parties are liable in accordance with the current civil legislation of the Russian Federation.
4. VALIDITY OF THE AGREEMENT, GROUNDS

4.2. This agreement may be terminated on the grounds established by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

    Provide students with safe working conditions at each workplace. Conduct mandatory briefings on labor protection: introductory and at the workplace with the execution of the established documentation; where necessary, train student interns in safe working methods. Provide students with special clothing, special footwear and safety equipment during their internship according to the standards established for the relevant categories of employees of a given enterprise, institution and organization at the expense of this enterprise, institution and organization.

    Investigate and record accidents if they occur to students during their internship at the institution in accordance with the Regulations on the Investigation and Record of Accidents.

    Create the necessary conditions for students to complete practice. Do not allow student interns to be used in positions not covered by the internship program and not related to the students’ specialty.

    Appoint qualified specialists to manage pre-diploma internships in departments of an enterprise, institution, or organization.

    Provide student interns with the opportunity to use laboratories, offices, libraries, technical and other documentation in departments of the enterprise (institution, organization) necessary for students to successfully master the pre-diploma internship program and complete individual assignments.

    At the end of the pre-diploma internship, give a description of the work of each student intern and the quality of the report prepared by him.

    The University undertakes:

    Send students to the enterprise (institution, organization) within the time limits specified in the internship assignment.

    Select the most qualified professors, associate professors and teachers as practice managers.

    Ensure that students comply with labor discipline and internal labor regulations mandatory for employees of a given enterprise (institution, organization).

    Provide employees of the enterprise (institution, organization) and managers of students' pre-diploma internship with methodological assistance in organizing and conducting the internship.

    Investigate and take into account accidents if they occur to students during their internship.

    Responsibility of the parties for failure to fulfill the contract:

3.1. The parties are responsible for failure to fulfill their duties in organizing and conducting student internships in accordance with the Agreement and the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.

3.2. All disputes arising between the parties under this agreement are resolved in accordance with the established procedure.

3.3. The agreement comes into force after it is signed by the University, on the one hand, and by the enterprise (institution, organization) on the other hand.

2.1.2. Send students to the Enterprise within the time limits provided for by the internship calendar plan, guided by the curriculum and internship programs.

2.1.3. Appoint a qualified full-time University teacher as the head of the practice.

2.1.4. Take part in the “Enterprise” commission that investigates accidents that occurred with students during their internship at the Enterprise.

      The enterprise is obliged:

2.2.1. Provide the Student with a place for internship in accordance with this agreement, with the terms and program of internship.

2.2.2. Provide assistance to students in their internship.

2.2.3. Provide the Student with a work schedule in accordance with the norms of the current Labor Code of the Russian Federation, “Regulations on the procedure for conducting internships for students of educational institutions of higher professional education,” approved by Order of the Ministry of Education of the Russian Federation dated March 25, 2003 No. 1154.

2.2.4.Assist students in drawing up a report on practical training.

2.2.5. Provide students with safe and sanitary conditions during their internship.

2.2.6. Conduct mandatory training on safe working methods and fire safety.

2.2.7. Monitor students’ compliance with fire safety measures, labor and production discipline, and the requirements of instructions for safe work performance. All cases of student violation of labor and production discipline and internal regulations of the Enterprise must be reported to the University.

      The student undertakes:

2.3.1. Receive an individual assignment for practice.

2.3.2. Upon arrival at the Enterprise, provide the HR department or the head of the Enterprise with a referral for internship.

2.3.3. Complete the necessary training and, if necessary, receive protective clothing.

2.3.4. Maintain labor discipline at the enterprise.

2.3.5. Protect the property of the enterprise; not to disclose information that is a commercial or official secret of the enterprise; carry out qualitatively their official duties, instructions, tasks and instructions of senior officials; comply with labor protection, safety, and industrial sanitation requirements.

2.3.6. Complete the work specified in the individual assignment, collect the material necessary to compile a report on the practice.

2.3.7. Within the prescribed period, submit documents to the head of the practice from the University and defend the report on the practice.

    RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PARTIES

3.1 The parties are responsible for failure to fulfill their obligations to organize, conduct and complete internships in accordance with the current legislation of the Russian Federation and this Agreement.

3.2. The Enterprise has the right to exclude students from internship in the event of student violation of labor and production discipline, gross violation of the requirements of instructions for the safe performance of work at the Enterprise's facilities.

3.3. All disputes arising between the parties under this agreement are resolved through negotiations, and if a compromise is not reached, in the manner prescribed by the current legislation of the Russian Federation.

5. FINAL PROVISIONS

During the period of students' internship at the Organization, they are subject to labor protection rules and internal regulations of the Organization. 2. Obligations of the Parties 2.1. The organization undertakes: 2.1.1. In accordance with the calendar plan, provide the university with 1 place(s) for conducting educational practice for students with registration for jobs without payment. 2.1.2. Provide students with places of work in accordance with the program that ensure the greatest effectiveness of their internship. 2.1.3. Appoint qualified specialists to manage practice in departments (shops, departments, laboratories, etc. ) Organizations. 2.1.4. Create the necessary conditions for students to gain knowledge in their specialty. 2.1.5. Create the necessary conditions for students to complete the educational practice program. 2.1.6. To provide student interns and internship supervisors on the part of the university with the opportunity to use laboratories, classrooms, workshops, a library, drawings and drawing supplies, technical, economic and other documentation in the divisions of the Organization necessary for students to successfully master educational practice programs and complete individual assignments. 2.1.10. Report all cases of student violation of labor discipline and internal regulations of the Organization to the university. 2.1.11. At the end of the internship, give a description of each student intern reflecting the quality of the report prepared by him. 2.1.12. Issue to trainees the reports they have compiled on educational practice, and, if necessary, send them to the university in the prescribed manner immediately after the end of the internship. 2.2. The university undertakes: 2.2.1. No later than 10 days before the start of the internship, provide the Organization with a list of students sent for internship (indicating the students’ surname, first name, patronymic, specialty of study, course, terms and hours of internship, information about internship supervisors from the university, contact numbers), practice programs. 2.2.2. Send students to the Organization within the time limits provided for by the internship calendar plan. 2.2.3. Select the most qualified teachers as practice managers. 2.2.4. Ensure that students comply with labor discipline and internal labor regulations mandatory for employees of the Organization. 2.2.5. If necessary, provide methodological assistance to the Organization’s employees in organizing and conducting internships. 3. Responsibility of the Parties and force majeure circumstances 3.1. For failure to fulfill or improper fulfillment of obligations under this Agreement, the Parties bear responsibility under this Agreement and the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 3.2. The Parties are released from liability for partial or complete failure to fulfill obligations under this Agreement if this failure was a consequence of force majeure circumstances that arose after the conclusion of this Agreement as a result of extraordinary circumstances that the Parties could not foresee or prevent. 3.3. If the circumstances specified in clause 3.2 of this Agreement occur, each Party must immediately notify the other Party about them in writing. The notice must contain data on the nature of the circumstances, as well as official documents certifying the existence of these circumstances and, if possible, assessing their impact on the ability of the Party to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement. 3.4. In the event of the occurrence of the circumstances provided for in clause 3.2 of this Agreement, the period for the Party to fulfill its obligations under this Agreement is postponed in proportion to the time during which these circumstances and their consequences apply. 3.5. If the circumstances listed in clause 3.2 of this Agreement and their consequences continue to apply for more than two months, the Parties shall conduct additional negotiations to identify acceptable alternative methods of execution of this Agreement. 4. Dispute resolution 4.1. All disputes and disagreements that may arise during the implementation of the terms of this Agreement, the Parties will strive to resolve through negotiations. 4.2. Disputes that are not resolved through negotiations are resolved in court in the Arbitration Court of the Khanty-Mansiysk Autonomous Okrug - Ugra. 5. Duration of the Agreement. Procedure for amending and terminating the Agreement 5.1. This Agreement comes into force from the moment it is signed by both Parties and is valid until the Parties fulfill all their obligations. The organization undertakes, within the framework of this Agreement, to organize educational practice for university students for the period from the date of signing by the Parties of this Agreement until January 31, 2016. 5.2. By agreement of the Parties, this Agreement may be amended or terminated. 6. Final provisions 6.1. All changes and additions to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by authorized representatives of the Parties. 6.2. The parties undertake to notify each other in writing of changes in details, addresses and other significant changes. 6.3. This Agreement is drawn up in two copies having equal legal force, one for each of the Parties. 6.4. In all other respects that are not regulated by this Agreement, the Parties are guided by the current legislation of the Russian Federation. 7.
