The program of circle work on traffic rules. Circle on traffic rules in the preparatory group

Older children familiarization program preschool age with traffic rules

I. Abstract.
The density of traffic flows and the speed of vehicles on the streets of the city is rapidly increasing and will continue to progress. Therefore, ensuring traffic safety is becoming an increasingly important task. Of particular importance in solving this problem is the advance and correct preparation of our smallest pedestrians - children who face serious difficulties and dangers outside the gates of the house.
The most common cause of road traffic accidents is children themselves. This leads to ignorance of the elementary foundations of the Rules of the Road, the indifferent attitude of adults to the behavior of children on the roadway. Children left to themselves, especially younger age, little regard for the real dangers on the road. This can be avoided only through appropriate upbringing and education of the child from the very beginning. early age.
P. Leach and P. Statman in their studies note that the advantage of preschoolers in teaching personal security is that they love the rules and fully adhere to them. If the rules are forgotten by someone, deviated, then the baby instantly reacts to this. The desire of a child of this age for logic will help adults teach him the rules of safety.
K.D. Ushinsky wrote that "education reduces the number of dangers that threaten our lives, reduces the number of causes of fear, and, making it possible to measure the danger and determine its consequences, reduces the tension of fear in view of these dangers."
For several years now, the team of teachers of our preschool educational institution has systematically and organized work in the direction of familiarizing children with the Rules of the Road. This is especially true, because it is at preschool age that the foundation of life orientations in the environment is laid, and everything that the child learns at this time will firmly remain with him forever. Therefore, it is very important in kindergarten from a young age, begin preparing the child for a lifelong "profession" of a road user - a pedestrian.
By the age of 4-5, children accumulate a certain motor experience, vocabulary is enriched, skills of spatial orientation are brought up. At an older age (6-7 years), individual information about the rules of the road is built into a consistent and harmonious system of ideas. Children not only get acquainted with road signs, learn the rules and norms of behavior on the street and in transport, but also acquire the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice. Children are given tasks that require them to show independence, active thinking, and the ability to apply knowledge in practice.
Much attention is paid to working with parents, because. For a child, a positive example in the behavior of adults on the street and in transport is very important. Organized thematic exhibitions creative works children and parents, poster contests. There is close cooperation with traffic police inspectors. It is in the conditions of purposeful work with the family to prepare preschool children for the role of independent pedestrians that the level of assimilation of knowledge and skills of traffic rules by children increases.
Target. Formation of conscious behavior in preschoolers in traffic situations.
Tasks.
1. Acquaintance of children with the Rules of the road
2. Teaching the rules of behavior on the street and in transport.
3. Development in children of the ability to consciously fulfill the duties of a road user.
For the successful implementation of the program for teaching children safe behavior on the streets and roads, the preschool educational institution has organized traffic corners, which present: visual and illustrated material; board and printed games; magnetic board depicting a crossroads; attributes for role-playing games with a road theme; children's fiction on the subject of traffic; constructors; manuals and games for teaching children traffic rules; safe routes "Home - Kindergarten", developed for each child; current exhibitions of drawings and crafts on road transport topics; photo albums: “My Street”, “My Yard” (with children's stories, with marks of dangerous places where you need to be careful and careful - this will help the children learn to analyze their actions); audio and video equipment. To simulate situations according to the rules of the road in the courtyard of the preschool educational institution, the Avtoplatka game complex was equipped, where the roadway, sidewalk and pedestrian crossing are marked with markings. Attributes for its equipment were purchased: a mobile working traffic light, road signs on tripods, bicycles, scooters. The developing environment for the development of preschool children was created in accordance with the temporary requirements for the content and methods of education and training implemented in a preschool educational institution and in accordance with modern sanitary and epidemiological standards.

Explanatory note
The culture of personal safety implies knowledge and strict observance of safety rules, the ability to apply them in practice and in extreme situations, a set of moral and moral qualities.
Ensuring traffic safety is becoming an important national task, and the education of small pedestrians, passengers and cyclists is of particular importance. The study of the Rules of the Road should be considered as an integral part of the general educational work kindergartens. Only with a systematic study of the rules, the use of new forms of propaganda of the Rules of the Road, the interaction of educational authorities, health care and the State Inspectorate for Traffic Safety, can the problem of child injuries be solved.
The author's program "Green Light" is aimed at the prevention of road traffic injuries and the study by preschoolers of the rules of the road alphabet, which are considered as an integral part of the education of the general culture of the child. The work is carried out systematically both with a group of children and with subgroups, taking into account the individual characteristics of children in a particular group.
this work carried out in accordance with the plan, which is drawn up on academic year. It is important to note that not only teachers and pupils, but also parents are involved in this process.
A significant place is given to practical forms of education: observation, excursions, targeted walks, during which children learn in practice the rules for pedestrians, observe traffic, consolidate previously acquired knowledge.
The movement of vehicles and pedestrians on the street and roads is too complicated for children to navigate it on their own. Therefore, special attention is paid to the organization of observations and excursions.
Work on familiarization with the rules of the road is based on integrated approach. Thematic classes are held with children in groups, consolidating the acquired knowledge in different types activities.
The work uses the author's practical guide "Road alphabet in riddles", which introduces children to the rules of behavior on the road, traffic lights, vehicles and some road signs. I have been using this manual in my work with children for more than a year. Briefly about how this manual was created: for each letter of the alphabet, I selected a suitable word related to the road theme, then I found a riddle about this subject, if I didn’t find it, then I invented it myself and selected an illustration depicting the riddle. Practical guide"Road alphabet in riddles" is a collection of thematic pictures, in alphabetical order, with poems and riddles, selected on the topic "Teaching preschoolers the rules of the road." "Road alphabet" can be used both in the classroom and in individual work with children of preschool and primary school age. This manual is aimed at developing preschoolers' skills of safe behavior on the road.

Relevance(justification for the development of the Green Light program).
A child has a disproportionately less experience of moving along the street than an adult, a sense of danger, fear, orientation in space is not fully formed, children are mobile and impatient.
It is impossible to bring up a disciplined pedestrian if such important qualities as attention, composure, responsibility and caution are not instilled from childhood. Indeed, often the absence of these qualities becomes the cause of traffic accidents.
It is quite obvious: the sooner children receive information about how a person should behave on the street and in the yard, the fewer accidents will become. This task is called upon to solve both parents and preschool teachers. educational institutions.
Today, no one needs to be convinced that the sooner we introduce the child to the rules of the road, teach him the skills of a culture of behavior on the streets and roads, the less accidents there will be on the roadway. That is why it is necessary to teach children safe behavior on the streets, roads, in transport and the Rules of the Road. Both parents and preschool institutions should take part in this, and in the future, of course, the school and other educational institutions.
The program is focused on two age levels:
1. senior age - from 5-6 years;
2. a preparatory group for school from 6-7 years old.
The program is built on the basis of the main methodological principles: taking into account the age characteristics of children, the availability of the material, the gradual complication of it.
Legislative and regulatory support of the program
- Law of the Russian Federation "On Education".
- About the concept of modernization Russian education for the period up to 2012.
- Charter of the educational institution.
Program objects
- Children.
- Families of children attending preschool.
- The teaching staff of the preschool educational institution.
Purpose of the program
To increase the activity of parents and children in ensuring road safety; to form in children a stable skill of switching to self-control (the ability to use knowledge and monitor their behavior) in the surrounding road traffic environment.
Program objectives
1. Teach children safe behavior in the road environment.
2. To acquaint children with the meaning of road signs, to teach them to understand their schematic representation for the correct orientation on the streets and roads.
3. Form and develop in children a holistic perception of the surrounding road environment.
4. To form in children the skills and abilities to observe the traffic situation and anticipate dangerous situations, the ability to bypass them, and if they get into such situations, get out of them with less harm to themselves and others.
5. Expand the vocabulary of children on road vocabulary.
6. To cultivate discipline and conscious compliance with the rules of the road, a culture of behavior.
7. Intensify work to promote the rules of the road and a safe lifestyle among parents.
Much attention is paid to interaction with parents. At meetings and in conversations, with the help of visual propaganda, the moral responsibility that lies with adults is emphasized. By unconditionally obeying the requirements of road discipline, parents should set an example for their children, since preschoolers learn to break the rules of behavior, first of all, from adults. Only in close cooperation between the kindergarten and the family can children develop solid skills of cultural behavior on the street, that discipline that encourages them to obey the order. Then the habit of walking down the street correctly will become the norm of behavior for children.
The program presents a variety of forms and methods of educational work, these are entertainment, holidays, practical exercises, business and role-playing games, workshops, trainings, meetings with traffic inspectors, promotions, excursions, competitions, projects, exhibitions, etc.
The main stages of work reflected by the program:
- clarification of children's ideas about the rules of the road, that is, their personal experience, which the teacher can rely on.
- expanding the initial ideas of children, the accumulation of new knowledge about safety rules through classes, conversations, memorizing rhyming rules.
- consolidation of acquired knowledge and the formation of a conscious attitude to compliance with safety rules and through reading and discussing works fiction, dramatization games, observations during excursions and from personal experience.
- the formation in children of a sense of responsibility and the prerequisites for readiness to be responsible for their actions. Children of preschool age accept and assimilate the demands placed on them, and the readiness to be fully responsible for their actions will come later.
- development in children of a sense of control and self-control, tk. when teaching the rules of safe behavior, these qualities largely help the child to navigate in time and correctly in the created environment.
The program includes planning work for the year for older age groups, work with children, teachers and parents.
Expected Result
At the end of the program, the child must:
- know the road crossing algorithm "stop - look - cross";
- have an idea about the types of transport (air, water, land);
- distinguish vehicles on the road (passenger, cargo, special, operational);
- be able to choose a way to cross the carriageway, distinguish between pedestrian crossings (ground, elevated, underground, regulated, unregulated) and traffic control means (traffic light, traffic controller), as well as road signs;
- know the rules for crossing the carriageway (three fixations of turning the head - in the direction of moving transport, in the opposite direction and again in the direction of transport) at regulated and unregulated pedestrian crossings.

light on your path!

The program of the circle "Good road of childhood" for grades 1-4 developed within the framework of the Federal Law "On Road Safety", the law Russian Federation"On safety", "Rules for the safe behavior of students on the streets and roads."

Program modified based on the program "Road Safety": Program and thematic planning. 1-4 grades / aut.-stat. R.P. Babina - M .: Mnemosyne, 2009 and the author's program N.F. Vinogradova / Program and lesson-thematic planning for the course "Road Safety" for children ml. school age - M .: ENAS-CLASS, 2007.

Orientation educational program socio-pedagogical: conditions are created for the social practice of the child in his real life, the accumulation of moral and practical experience.

Relevance: in the transition to the federal state standards of the second generation, modern education requirements provide for the need to focus on compliance with traffic rules and a culture of personal safety.

The main conceptual position of this program is, first of all, the understanding that we consider the issues of studying traffic rules and preventing DDTT as one of the aspects of the child's personal safety.

Novelty of this program is that at the center of the educational process are students studying the Rules of the Road, which are written difficult language and addressed to adult road users. This program allows you to systematically introduce the duties of pedestrians and passengers in an accessible and understandable way, teaching the child the rules of safe and law-abiding behavior on the streets, roads and in transport. The number of hours has been increased by 3 times, which allows you to more thoroughly study the Rules of the Road.

Becoming schoolchildren, most first graders find themselves on the busy streets of the city for the first time. That is why a conversation about behavior in general begins with the rules of behavior on the street. These classes will help students to systematize, expand and deepen their knowledge of traffic safety, form their respect for the general law of roads and streets, educate disciplined pedestrians, passengers, and possibly future drivers.

From an early age, children need to be educated with a conscious attitude to the Rules of the Road (SDA), which should become the norm for the behavior of every cultured person. The rules of the road are an important tool labor regulation in the field of road traffic, education of its participants in the spirit of discipline, responsibility, mutual foresight, attentiveness. Compliance with all the requirements of the Rules of the Road creates the prerequisites for the clear and safe movement of vehicles and pedestrians along the streets and roads.

Program goal: learning the basic rules of behavior on the road, developing the skills of correct behavior on the street, the ability to use the rules of the road in real life.

Tasks:

1. Educational:

    Teach the basic rules of the road;

    Provide each child with the required level of knowledge on safe behavior on the streets and roads;

    To teach the correct behavior on the streets, using the knowledge gained on this issue;

    To form the ability to apply the acquired knowledge in practice, thus ensuring their own safety.

2. Educational:

    To cultivate a conscious attitude to the implementation of traffic rules;

    Cultivate a culture of behavior and road ethics in traffic conditions.

3. Developing:

  • Develop motivation for safe behavior;

    To develop in students the ability to navigate in a traffic situation;

    To form a personal and socially significant experience of safe behavior on the roads and streets

    To form the skills of self-esteem, introspection of one's behavior on the street

and in transport.

Main ideas, principles, features of the program

The Good Road of Childhood program aims not to memorize traffic rules mechanically, but to form and develop cognitive activity focused on understanding danger and safety.

Focusing on solving problems, the program of extracurricular activities, in its content, implements the following principles:

    the principle of variability that underlies planning educational material in accordance with the material and technical equipment of extracurricular activities.

    the principle of sufficiency and conformity, the features of the formation of universal educational activities (more are laid down in extracurricular activities);

compliance with didactic rules from the known to the unknown and from the simple to the complex, which underlie planning (subject, meta-subject, personal), including in independent activity;

    expansion of interdisciplinary connections (formation of a holistic worldview of the child);

    the sequence and gradualness of training (in certain doses according to the increasing volume of information);

    the principle of developmental education (the organization of learning influences on the personality and behavior of the child allows you to control the pace and content of his development). The success of education is determined by the ability of the child to independently explain why he should do this and not otherwise. And as a result - consciously behave in real traffic situations.

    the principle of unity of education and training.

The implementation of this program is designed for the 4th year of education in elementary school and will allow students to get a systematic idea of the dangers on the road and predict dangerous situations, assess the impact of their consequences on human life and health, and develop an algorithm for safe behavior taking into account their capabilities. The program assumes group lessons, and individual, as well as holding mass events.

The educational process consists of various activities:

    teaching theoretical knowledge (verbal information presented by the teacher);

    independent work (studying illustrations and completing tasks in textbooks);

    practical development of coordination of movements, motor skills and skills of safe behavior on the streets, roads and in transport using for this complex of games (plot, role-playing, games by the rules, etc.) and special exercises (introductory, group, individual).

Classes are held in an accessible and stimulating form of interest. Every lesson has an element of play.

The gaming technologies used in the program make it possible for the child to get involved in practical activities, in situations aimed at recreating and mastering the experience of safe behavior on the roads and streets, in which self-management of behavior is formed and improved.

methods, methods of teacher activity aimed at deep, conscious and lasting assimilation of knowledge by students:

    in training - practical (various exercises with models, with a game
    material of vehicles, making models, classes at the transport site);

    visual (studying the rules on models, monitoring the movement of vehicles and pedestrians, demonstrating road signs, technical means);

    verbal (as a leader - briefing, conversations, explanations); work with the book (mainly reading, studying);

    video method (viewing, training).

    in education - (according to G. I. Shchukina) - methods of forming consciousness
    personalities aimed at the formation of stable beliefs (story, discussion, ethical conversation, example);

    methods of organizing activities and forming the experience of social behavior (educational situation, teaching, exercises);

    methods of stimulating behavior and activities (competitions, rewards).

Forms of control: testing, contests, quizzes, games.

Organization educational process

    The duration of the program is 4 years.

    Direction of the program: socio-pedagogical.

    The program is designed for children from 6.5 - 9 years old.

    Type of children's group: profile.

    Composition: permanent.

    Set: free.

Practice mode.

    • The total number of hours per year is 33 hours.

      Number of hours per week - 1 hour.

      The frequency of classes is once a week for 25 minutes in the 1st grade, once a week for 30 minutes in grades 2-4.

The work of the circle is carried out in the form of theoretical and practical classes. The training program is built on the principle of "simple to complex" and the deepening of theoretical knowledge and practical skills at each subsequent stage of training. Each lesson organically combines the study of new and repetition of the material covered. Classes are held in the classroom using a multimedia installation, board games, visual handouts and demonstration materials, watching films on traffic rules, and the invitation of a traffic police inspector. To consolidate the material covered, it is effective to use board, didactic and outdoor games. The program is designed for classes in an equipped room, where there are thematic stands for the study of traffic rules and the prevention of DDTT.

One of the important areas of work should be considered the formation of a steady interest among the parents of students in the safety and health of children as road users.

Value orientations course content

The program contributes to:

    mental development - students receive and consolidate knowledge on the Rules of the road, life safety, learn to think logically, generalize, compose stories on topics, share life experiences, correctly express their thoughts, answer questions;

    moral education - in the classroom, students develop a culture of behavior in the circle of peers and in the family, the skills of observing the Rules of the Road are fixed, the desire to help the elderly as needed. Students learn about life safety in environment, respect for people;

    aesthetic education - students participate in competitions of drawings, posters, literary quizzes, photo contests. In the classroom, students work with colorful visual material;

    labor education - students make the necessary manuals, models, didactic games for classes according to the program, scenery and costumes for performances (with the help of parents);

    physical education - at each lesson with children and adolescents, outdoor games and various motor game tasks are held on topics.

Working programm teacher additional education"Young traffic inspectors"

Explanatory note.
The problem of children's safety, especially the preservation of their life and health, is relevant against the backdrop of ever-increasing traffic on the country's roads. More than 200,000 road accidents occur in Russia every year, in which more than 30,000 people die and 260,000 are injured. 25 thousand accidents occur with the participation of children. Most of the authors of the road safety program as the main reason for the large number of traffic accidents involving children, consider their lack of knowledge, skills and skills of safe behavior on the roads. However, it can be considered only as one of the main reasons. We believe that enough attention is paid to this problem in preschool institutions and elementary school. But why is the number of road accidents involving children steadily increasing? It is at the age of 11-15 years that the child begins to question the authority of adults and the rules of behavior that he adheres to until recently.
Therefore, at this age, cases of demonstrative violation of traffic rules are not uncommon. Especially during public events.
Another important reason is the violation of the rules of behavior on the roads by adults, especially drivers in the presence of children, so the implementation of this program is possible only in close cooperation with the parents of students. At a transitional age, children begin to distrust teachers and educators and increasingly trust leaders who may be among peers or older children. It is also very important to identify leaders and involve them in the work on the prevention of DDTT. Leaders can be heads of sports sections, circles, musicians, etc. These teachers also need to be involved, because if a child trusts a person, then he will trust the information that he gives.
The program is designed for junior and middle age. Implementation period is 3 years.
Program goals:
- education of skills of safe behavior of children on the street and improvement of road transport culture of children;
- protection of life and health of young citizens by preventing road accidents;
-preparation of confidently organized young traffic inspectors for agitation, propaganda, information activities of safe road traffic during the summer holidays.
Tasks:
Tutorials:
- expand and deepen knowledge in the field of traffic rules; the history of the development of the car, the traffic police, the basics of medical training;
- to form in children the skills to ensure road safety.
Developing:
- create favorable conditions for the formation of a creative personality;
- develop creative and thinking abilities;
- to promote the development of the spiritual and physical qualities of the individual.
Educators:
- educate the culture of road users;
- to promote the development of children's initiative and children's self-government;
- to form a respectful attitude to personal health as an individual and social value.
The main principles of the program implementation:
- the complexity of interaction between traffic police officers, educational institutions of all types, parents, medical institutions for the purpose of carrying out preventive measures;
- consistency in the study of the rules of safe behavior on the face, taking into account the age and psychological characteristics of children;
- practical use of knowledge of traffic rules in life;
- differentiation in determining the goals, objectives, means and expected results of the prevention of child road traffic injuries;
- a variety of activities, including social, psychological, educational aspects.
A detachment of young traffic inspectors is a voluntary association of schoolchildren in grades 2-5 who have shown an active interest in studying and promoting traffic rules.
The content of the program is addressed not only to children, but also to teachers and parents, aimed at enhancing the study of traffic rules with subsequent application on the streets of the city. Corresponds to the Law of the Russian Federation "On Education", the Convention "On the Rights of the Child", the Model Regulations on the Establishment of Additional Education for Children, the current Rules of the Road, is based on the Federal Law "On Road Safety", Regulations on the UID Detachment. The program takes into account the age characteristics of students, the real conditions of a regional nature.
The volume of the program is 472.5 hours (1 year - 157.5 hours, 2 years - 157.5 hours, 3 years - 157.5 hours). Topics and sections of each year of study are closely interconnected. Each subsequent year of study is designed taking into account the previous one. A group of 1 year of study is recruited without requirements for basic knowledge, classes are held for everyone.
